SHIPPING

  • Standard Shipping: We know you can’t wait to get your new product. We are excited too! We are working our hardest to get it out the door as fast as we can. All orders placed through wildandwilling.com are packed and shipped from our warehouse within 7-10 business days (excluding weekends or holidays). We will have more readily available product in (3) months and our shipping will go down to 1-3 business days. Wild & Willing is just getting started and we appreciate your business & understanding. Once your order has left our warehouse, we’ll send you a shipping confirmation email.
  • Wild Drop Orders: All Wild Drop orders will ship within 10-14 business days (excluding weekends or holidays). These are custom printed in the United States in Idaho.
  • Pre-Order Items: All Pre-Order items will ship within 8-10 weeks. These items are custom made and take some time to produce. We are also working on shortening the length of production time. 
  • International Shipping: All international Orders will be charged a $25.00 flat rate. Expedited shipping is not available for international orders. International customers are responsible for paying any customs fees and duties charged by their country.
  • Lost or Stolen Packages: Wild & Willing is not responsible for lost or stolen packages that have been marked as delivered by our shipping partners. Please make sure your address is correct and safe for delivery.

RETURNS

  • Our return window lasts two weeks (14 days) after delivery. This means the item must be on its way back to us within 14 days of delivery.
  • Items below are NOT available for exchange/or return:
  • Gift Cards
  • Headwear
  • Pre-Ordered items
  • Sale items

INSPECTION PROCESS

The items returned must go through an inspection process. in order to pass inspection, the items must be:

  • Unworn
  • Unwashed
  • In original packaging
  • With original tag
  • No smell
  • No deodorant stains
  • No Smoke
  • No perfume or cologne, etc.
  • No animal hair (we love your furry friends, but we are not able to re-sale with their fur on the product)
  • No stains
  • No sign of wear and tear
 
*** If your item does not pass the inspection process, items will be denied without refund and be sent back to you with a ($8 label charge fee). If returned items pass the inspection process, we’ll issue a refund (minus the $8 label fee) to the credit card used at time of purchase, which you’ll see within 5-10 business days.
